Revenue Operations and Growth Specialist

Role Overview

Velotix is seeking a Revenue Operations & Growth Specialist to own our HubSpot ecosystem and drive end-to-end visibility across both Marketing and Sales efforts — from lead generation to pipeline performance. This cross-functional role will ensure data hygiene, reporting, and optimization of inbound and outbound activities while actively contributing to demand generation, SDR effectiveness, and social growth.

You will play a central role in aligning SDR, Marketing, and Sales efforts by managing systems, analysing performance, supporting campaigns, and surfacing actionable insights that drive growth. This position reports directly to the CMO and supports both Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and senior leadership with tactical and strategic insights.

Location: Office, Tel Aviv district, Israel

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Operations

  • Own the daily administration of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Ensure SDR workflows, lead routing, scoring, and automation are optimized and functional.
  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene and integrity across all records.
  • Train team members on best practices and ensure system adoption.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports covering:
  • Inbound marketing performance (website, content, SEO, paid).
  • Outbound SDR efforts (email, sequences, calls).
  • Pipeline velocity and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Present insights to the CMO and Sales/Marketing leaders with actionable recommendations.

Lead Generation & Demand Activities

  • Support and execute demand generation initiatives, including:
  • Paid campaigns, webinars, partnerships, email marketing, and gated content.
  • SDR campaign support (audience segmentation, messaging insights).
  • Monitor lead sources, campaign attribution, and funnel progression.

SDR & Growth Enablement

  • Act as a liaison between SDRs and Marketing to align messaging and targeting.
  • Provide SDRs with enriched lead data, personas, and prioritization.
  • Track SDR performance and identify coaching opportunities.

Social & Brand Engagement

  • Support the social media calendar and campaign execution.
  • Track engagement, conversions, and opportunities from social sources.
  • Collaborate on content promotion and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Demand Gen.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with SDR workflows and tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Clay).
  • Proven experience supporting both marketing and sales organizations.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with social media tools is a plus.
