We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment for Velotix’s go-to-market strategy. You will report directly to the CMO.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager with a strong background in product marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive product adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with product management to define and communicate product features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and feature releases.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide training, sales tools, and collateral that support the sales process and drive revenue growth.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that include digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and PR.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in product marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English mother tongue
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
